Spoleti Salon Policies | Booking, Cancellations & Payments

At Spoleti Salon in South Austin and Pflugerville, our salon policies help ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience. From booking and cancellation guidelines to service adjustments and payment options, these policies keep our appointments running on time and allow us to provide the best possible service. Please review our salon guidelines before your visit so we can make your time with us relaxing, enjoyable, and perfectly tailored to you.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable! However, to respect both our stylists' time and our other clients, if you no-show or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be responsible for at least 50% of the booked service(s). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

  • To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file. For appointments scheduled for 5 hours or more, a 50% deposit of the total service fees may be required.

  • For the safety and well-being of all our guests, we require that all children be accompanied by an adult while in the salon. If a child becomes disruptive during an appointment, we may ask for an additional adult to come supervise or pick up the child.

    These measures help ensure a safe environment for everyone and protect both the children and the salon property. Parents may be held responsible for any damage caused to salon equipment or property.

  • At Spoleti Salon, we are dedicated to providing excellent hair services. If you're unsatisfied with your service, we offer a 2-week guarantee period for any correctional work. After the 2-week period, correctional services may be offered at our discretion.

  • A $2 service charge fee will be added to all appointments at checkout. This fee helps us maintain the high-quality service and experience we strive to provide for every guest.

  • We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide corrections within 2 weeks of your original service to ensure you're completely satisfied!

  • Spoleti Salon has a dedicated front desk coordinator to assist with managing appointments and answering any questions you may have.

    For all appointment-related matters, corrections, and inquiries, please communicate directly with our front desk staff. Spoleti Salon may not be responsible for information or appointments handled outside of this channel.
