As the first and last point of contact for every guest, our front desk coordinators are essential to keeping the salon running smoothly and ensuring every visit feels special.
What You’ll Do
As part of the Spoleti Salon front desk team, you’ll:
Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they walk in.
Manage appointments, prebooking, and schedule flow efficiently.
Handle checkouts, phone calls, and retail sales with accuracy and positivity.
Support the stylist team with daily operations and communication.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, calm, and professional atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a busy setting
Comfortable with technology and booking systems
Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude
Prior salon or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
